Our Mission

The purpose of the #Christian_Fellowship channel is to Glorify Our Lord Jesus and to Edify each other in Christ. {Eph4:12}We Glorify God by Praising and Worshiping His name and we Edify The Body through Counseling, Prayer, and Exhortation. {Heb 3:13}We endeavour to spread the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ. {Acts4:12} Our objective is to witness and encourage the lost and hurting of our brothers and sisters. {2Cor 5:11} {1Thes 5:11}

Although we encourage discussions we ask that you refrain from debating or arguing. {2Timothy 2:23}Profanity, blasphemy, nor disruption will not be tolerated . {Prov 8:13} {2 Timothy 4:2} {Col3:8} "But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject." {Titus 3:9-10}

1John 1:3

"That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you , that ye also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ."

We believe the Bible is God's Word inspired by Him, and containing both the Truth and the Power of God. We believe there is only one God, He has existed forever and shows Himself to us in three ways: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God: fully God, fully man. He was miraculously born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and worked supernaturally in miracles and healing. He died in our place, and offers each man the forgiveness of their sins. He rose from the dead, returned to His Father, and will come again in power and glory to judge the nations and reward those who believe. We believe the Holy Spirit, sent to earth on the day of Pentecost, changes our hearts and gives life to our spirits when we accept the gift of salvation offered by Christ. We believe the Holy Spirit daily gives us power to live and act as Jesus would, and prompts us to repent when we fall short and sin. We believe the local church is for Christians to receive instruction and encouragement for their daily living and training to make disciples of all men. We believe in the eternal nature of the spirit of man, and that after death, we will either be forever separated from God in our unbelief, or forever rejoicing with Him because of His gift of salvation. We believe we are saved by grace through faith, and not by works of righteousness.
